According to this Nick Fortner, there is no such think as a certified inspector period. He says if the government does not regulate it, you cannot be certified. It is obvious he has no idea what he is talking about, but he is bad mouthing ESA because of selling these certifications. I just figured they would want to know about it.

Jeff I got the same one this morning also this time it was from some Francis Freedin, some other asshat over there or just some made up name. I have been saving all of them as well as the emails and convos I have had with them. I am going to collect a few more then bring the whole pile to my states attorneys office, they hate non can spam compliant spammers and at this point they are inhibiting my ability to conduct commerce, which is grounds for a nice law suit…
Just received a nasty email from him where he admits it is his SPAM, not Aarons.

I wonder what ESA will have to say when I copy them on all the SPAM I receive from these Rep’s of ESA!!! ???
