Where can I find a chart or list of the diameter of common residential electrical wire that includes the jacket of common insulating materials.
Wire gauge + insulation thickness = ?
I would expect that there is a standard minimum insulation thickness for different insulation materials but are the wire manufacturs consistent in the thickness or do they exceed the minimum to varying degrees?
