Your inspection template, with the report built as you inspect

There is a flood of AI software right now, and it is reasonable to be skeptical of anything that has not earned its place in the field.

Fielded uses your existing report template, not a generic checklist you have to adapt to. Take a photo, speak or type what you found, and Fielded turns it into a drafted report item with the observation and photo placed in the appropriate section. By the time you finish the inspection, the report is already taking shape.

I will set up one of your existing templates as a working mobile workflow, fully free through December 31, 2026, including AI use. No card, subscription, or obligation to replace your current software.

You do not owe me feedback. But I will be personally responsive to inspectors who use it and actively build sensible features that make it better in the field.

Get your NACHI vendor status, post a sample report, and a video of it operating in the field. That might capture my attention. Just my 2 cents. I am not interested in developing your AI model.

Your two cents is why they stopped making pennies. :joy:

assigns a status - Repair or Replace, Monitor, or Inspected.

Monitor?

No good inspector ever uses the term monitor. Too much liability.

Appreciate the feedback. Changed the default status set (Safety concern - Repair or Replace - Observation - etc.). Android version already live, iOS will take couple days for Apple to approve.

Overall, the system is designed in a way that it’s easy to support custom statuses. It’s just not exposed in the UI yet , but happy to do so if there’s some interest

Fair enough. Happy to share that Fielded app now has InterNACHI vendor status now - will be posting announcements and other materials soon.

What’s your special offer to members only?

InterNACHI members are offered free access through 2026, then 20% off the subscription price.

chips and salsa is a strong opening bid — but ours is bottomless, and Fielded writes the report while you’re still at the table.

:rocket: A big Fielded update just landed—and it’s becoming a genuinely different way to perform inspections.

Instead of collecting everything onsite and spending hours rebuilding it into a report later, Fielded helps you capture observations, photos, and voice notes as you inspect—while the report takes shape in real time.

What’s new:

:laptop: Fielded on the web
Review, refine, and manage your reports comfortably from your computer.

:office_building: Commercial inspection template
Fielded now supports commercial properties with a purpose-built report structure.

:studio_microphone: Recordings save automatically
Your voice observations are preserved as you work, giving you one less thing to think about onsite.

:clapper_board: We also recorded a new walkthrough so you can see the full experience in action:

We’re not trying to make traditional report writing slightly faster. We’re building a workflow where much of the report is already done by the time you leave the property.

I’d love to hear what fellow inspectors think—and which part of the inspection workflow you’d most like to eliminate.

Can we hear more about the chips & salsa?

Is guacamole an optional substitute?

Maybe even some queso.

Great news!! Guacamole and queso are now officially included!

New Exclusive InterNACHI inspector offer: I’ll personally set up your report template in Fielded. Take it through a dry-run inspection and give me detailed, brutally honest feedback, and I’ll order you chips, salsa, guacamole and queso from a place near you.

No client job and no positive review required.

Reply here or message me if you’re interested.

Welcome to 12 years ago.

Most modern reporting software lets you do that.

That’s not a feature. That’s just expected.

We’re building a workflow where much of the report is already done by the time you leave the property.

Again, that’s not a feature; that’s the minimum standard of anything designed since at least 2014.

You’re right about that part - completing reports onsite is table stakes. The distinction I should have made is the capture workflow.

Fielded removes the need to navigate to the right section, write a comment, set a status, and attach photos.

You take a photo or speak the observation. Fielded suggests the section, status, and narrative, and keeps everything linked for you to review or adjust. You stay in the inspection flow.

That no-navigation capture flow is the real difference. This type of experience was simply impossible before. Only around end of last year AI has become mature enough to support that.

Happy to show in a demo (booking link), or see the video above.

Credit to Andrei, he hasn’t become all butt hurt and defensive and claiming a mental health crisis.

Andrei, I’m not sure if your product is what I/we need, but your attitude is sound. Best of luck.
