That is an interesting article. Denmark (5 million people, half the size of several US Cities). They vaccinated their people at the same rate as Israel who is not having the same results.
Yes, their lock-down was intense. Their relief package was 13% GDP, one of the highest in the world. (but was only $54 billion because they are tiny)
They are a tiny, homogeneous, socialist country with a cozy comfort in their small cocoon. Their people trust their government. That is because it is very small.
I am just curious what is going to happen when the next variant reaches their border? Are they going to continue their expensive relief packages with lock downs? They have a very high tax rate to support these lock downs, that won’t last forever.
