Time does fly. I remember us 3 amigos at the Nachi show in So Cal and some of those early phone conversations we had. I remember telling you what a great advantage you had with your background and just needed to keep at it. So glad you did and very happy for your success.

I don’t see any death records online. But it does seem he got out of home inspections to focus on 203K projects and as since shut down all his businesses.
