I’m really struggling with this. I love the idea and pre listings in general, but to put a stamp on it and call it certified doesn’t sit well with me unless we were to go back and re-inspect after the seller has had the chance to repair. A house that’s ready to move into for one person can be waaaaaay different than another person. Maybe we can find some happy ground between the catchy move in certified and the actual, certified inspected for cheap cover ups and unworkmanlike repairs that our client may or may not do.
