Alaska Re-Approves InterNACHI’s How to Inspect Lawn Irrigation Systems Course

The Alaska Department of Business and Professional Licensing re-approves InterNACHI’s How to Inspect Lawn Irrigation Systems Course for home inspector continuing education.

Awesome! I might just take it right now.

Jacob, do you guys start up the irrigation, mow three times and then blow it out for winter?

Hahaha, my original comment was “I have never seen a lawn irrigation system on a residential property”. Even the farms north of Anchorage don’t have them. They have those big trolley systems that drive and irrigate.
I have only seen one commercial property with them years ago (when I was in highschool) for the lawn of an ice rink.
Our first line is 6ft (2009 IRC says 42" minimum for warm areas and 60" minimum for colder areas) so, yeah, they’re stupid. 6ft is a safer approach.
