Though this MAY have some relevance on a floor, it does not on a vertical structure. Clean cracks can be old or new. IMO, remove this commentary. Bowing, deflection, offsets etc. are better adjectives.

I suggest that “professional” does not offer adequate guidance. Professional ‘what’? We have recently seen some HIs get challenged for not clearly recommending what professional or expert is needed for evaluating or remediating a defect. Would this be a mason or a SE? I think we should recommend a structural engineer.
