Jim Dupay… how did you create your own? Is it an actual application or is it a spreadsheet?

I’m looking at HomInspect since I have a Surface Pro 7+ tablet… cost is $175 IIRC
I’m new and am not yet certified so until I actually get certified I think I’m gonna hold off making that software purchase… or at least until I do my mock inspections.
