Nick,

Anywhere here does NACHI have a mobile home inspection course? . . . if not how about one.

Mike,
Never mind mobile homes… God hates trailer parks! This is his way of eliminating them!:mrgreen:

Mobile homes in reality are just tornado magnets, devised in clearing the landscape to promote new housing development,

Okay.

We’ll develop a Radon Course this month (December).
Free Online Radon Course on www.nachi.org/education … coming soon.

The HVAC course is broken into five easy parts.
In any part of the video, you can play, pause, play again, rewind, forward, stop, return a day later, and resume.

The viewing time is unlimited.
You can buy now, play later, from anywhere, at anytime, forever. For about $9.50 per hour.
The course content covers a lot of systems. Check out the course topics here: http://www.nachi.org/hvacclass2008.htm
On that page, you can see the far right picture on the first row of pictures, the instructor explaining the refrigerant cycle for a/c’s and heat pumps. The instructor does one of the best explanations of the refrigerant cycle that you’ll ever see.

The Stucco/EIFS course will also be broken up into easy parts with the same viewing advantages. http://www.nachi.org/stucco2008.htm

Vern CanNACHI is actually looking into offering the Part 9 course in the new year, were making strides to get an approved trainer onboard and will setup courses for our CanNACHI members.
Courses need numbers to work and to be beneficial if your interested in taking or having an education seminar let us know what you want or need to help you become even better, then we can put these numbers together and get the courses you want by either making and designing them or getting the required trainer in to provide the education.
I for one would really like to make this part 9 available to all home inspectors across the country along with a defect recognition course and a peer review so all can benefit from our experiences and make a much stronger association trained by the best to provide what will be the best inspector, CanNACHI and InterNACHI bringing education to all home inspectors around the world,
Resistance is futile you will be educated.
