There is an article in the US Constitution that says we only have one President at a time. That is why Trump is referred to as the President-elect. I’m surprised you didn’t know that.

I agree. Consider this: For high executive positions such as the POTUS, decisions are generally or often made from a list of choices presented to him.
This happened to both Presidents during COVID and every national crisis before or after.
I have to wonder how many choices he was presented with and by whom. The path has been linear, beginning with bad decisions and ending with bad decisions but with many profiting along the way.
