Hi everyone. I have been asked to do some asbestos and lead sampling/testing on a commercial building. I am looking for a document that the owner signs releasing me from any liability from damage to the building for obtaining the samples. Thanks in Advance!!

Have your client get that, in writing, from the building owner…if he is the owner, have him make a document that he signs and if you agree to… sign. JMHO…YMMV

Check your state regulations regarding asbestos. Colorado does not allow anyone not specifically certified by the state to test or even discuss the presence or non presence of asbestos. Don’t risk you business if the state says you can’t do testing.
