The first meeting of the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors is scheduled for August 30. I have been appointed to the Board as an At Large Member representing all home inspectors in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. It is the Board’s responsibility to write regulations that implement SB 34 passed by the State Legislature last year. I take my responsibility very seriously and I need your help. I need to hear from you concerning your opinions on subjects like grandfathering, Standards of Practice, education requirements, etc. Please review the legislation at www.kreia.org and let me know here or by email at iusa@bellsouth.net of your opinions. We have a lot of work to do and a short time to do it. Please remember if you are in the home inspection business you will be required to have the State issued licensed by July 15, 2006 to continue to operate, so it’s extremely important that you participate.

Thanks

Mr. Green,

When your committee gets a web page, please post the link to this thread.
