Avg age of home inspectors

Well by all means you can go back to walking on all fours.

And how do studies know this? What I’m asking is what is the baseline they are comparing it too? In my opinion, life in general can be detrimental, on all fours or upright.

There’s a couple different theories about why and how we evolved to be bipedal. If you’re interested you can read about them here. Google is also your friend.

Man, can you say off subject? Now we’re debating the uprightedness of man?

LOL Remember, you’re the one who brought us the “science moment” in an “age of home inspectors” thread. Too funny. Do as I say not as I do.

Going to use the “sleep timer”?:stuck_out_tongue:

Tip your waitresses, I’ll be here all week.

I’m 61, and getting better looking every year! My 30 year old son is a dynamite inspector, and my 10 yr. old grandson could probably outinspect at least two inspectors, I’ve had the misfortune to relate with. There are many other factors, more important than age, with which we need to concern ourselves.

I’m a 27 yr old female and I’ve been licensed for 2 years now!

I was 63 when this thread got started Now I am 73 and still at it. its been a good ride, maybe in another 10 I may retire ;-)

Rock on Charley! 54 here.

Gee your just 4 years older than my first born:mrgreen:
