Awg wire widths with insulation

Does anyone have a good chart showing AWG widths with the insulators on them? I found a couple but have yet to measure a wire with calipers that fits any of the numbers I have found.

Do you have NEC code book? If so Chapter 9, Table 5 has the dimensions for various insulation types.
