On all three coasts, at homes on harbors and canals, lakes, and inland waterways, inspectors are walking away from many thousands of private boat docks and the opportunity to inspect them as an ancillary inspection.
For those wanting to upsell, you can start inspecting boat docks, lifts and boathouses using my new Boat Dock template for Spectora (HIP version coming soon). This template was developed to comply with InterNACHI’s SOPs for the Inspection of Docking Facilities.
The Narratives are also available as a searchable Excel spreadsheet from which narratives can be copied and pasted into any inspection software.
