Bryant Panel no Disconnect?

Thank you for being Google Smart ™.

My observations are different: the fuse panels I see are almost all at least 50 years old, and most in the 70 to 90 years old range. Going strong. I can pick out newer fuses generally. Likely the ratio of current to the rating has a lot to do with lifetime.

Fuses Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a fuse last?
If the fuse does not operate then it will typically last 20 - 30 years as long as it is operating within its design limitations.
If it is in a higher cyclic operating temperature i.e. very cold or very hot, then this can reduce its life.

Hope that helps.

Cartridge Fuses have a shelf life, Bryce.

“There is no defined shelf life for our electrical products provided they have not been subjected to abnormal storage environments.”

Fuses degrade with time and will eventually fail. A blown fuse does not always mean that there is something wrong with the equipment.
