How do I get my business official. What steps/ offices must I go to in order to get it. Should I get an LLC?
How & where depends upon your state.
Seems you may have the cart before the horse. If you are going to start a business (of any sorts) and be successful, you should already have these questions answered for own personal situation. I recommend starting by reading the above link & Google as much as you can about “Starting a business”. Then speak with a CPA and attorney to finalize your business structure.
