Things are going great! I run 100% on referrals. I don’t do any advertisement anymore. Between the investors I work with, past client referrals and agent referrals I stay pretty busy.
I have been through my struggles but the majority of my clients are happy with the product I provide. Mike Crow with The Million Dollar Mastermind group taught me a lot.

That’s awesome.
That was a “deal breaker” for me. Either the buyer/client takes a huge loss, or somehow is able to sell the house for several thousand dollars more than they just paid for it.
I would have trouble explaining that to them when the time came.
