Can an inspector inspect a house they might purchase

Depends on the state. I think that’s fine personally but if an inspector inspects a house theyr’e selling then def huge conflict of interest

Great! This would not be for one I own, but one I am interested in.

I use to build my homes but the house I live in now was built. I did my own inspection. The seller can decide to make repairs or not regardless of inspector.
