Last week, inspectors attended the Introduction to Commercial Property Inspections 3-Day Class at the InterNACHI® House of Horrors® in Boulder, Colorado.
Instructor Rob Claus covered the ins and outs of commercial property inspections, from understanding your clients, marketing, report writing, and safety to the technical aspects of inspecting commercial building systems.
The class concluded with a mock inspection of a nearby brewery. Inspectors also attended an after-class happy hour with representatives from CoStar and OREP.
