Congratulations to NCLHIA and InterNACHI member Dave Hahn for completing the required training and receiving approval from the NC Licensing Board of General Contractor as an approved Mandatory Course Instructor.
This marks the first year that General Contractor in the state of NC are required to take continuing education courses. They are required to take a total of 8 hours (6 elective and 2 mandatory) Just for reference NC licensed home inspectors have been required to take yearly CE courses for over a decade and the required hours has been between 16 to 12 hours.
It’s great to have dedicated professionals like Dave as members of our two great associations.
