I am going to be adding level 2 chimney inspections to our ancillary services. Anyone have a template they have already created. If not, I will make one, just thought might save me some time… I would we willing to pay for it.

Csia inspection class. I thought the class was good but didn’t really prepare me fully for inspections. Been working with a local sweep to get some hands on training. Lots of reading/review of the nfpa 211 Standards.
There are no state requirements here.

What software do you use? A template from hip is not going to work on Palmtech. That may be something to add to your original post.
I use home gauge.
Probably why it’s in the Home Gauge forum.
Every chimney sweep I’ve seen in my area uses the same form with a F/P & chimney on it, so its gotta be a stock form. Get one, copy it & have HG digitize it for you.
