Does anyone have good wording to put into an inspection report concerning not inspecting for Chinese Drywall?

Excellent! May I use that as well? Thanks for sharing

This inspection did not include any testing or examination for the presence or absence of imported drywall from China.

Expand with any recommendations you have for testing in your circumstance.

“Although some imported drywall may contain chemicals harmful to human health, determining their presence requires a specialized inspection and laboratory testing which lies beyond the scope of the general home inspection.
If you wish to have materials in the home tested, the inspector recommends that you contact a contractor qualified to perform indoor environmental testing.”
