Connecticut and New Jersey Reciprocity

Does anyone have experience obtaining a Connecticut license with a New Jersey license? Or, does anyone know if it’s possible to obtain a Connecticut license with a New Jersey license?

I tried to contact department of consumer protection in CT several times for last 1 month!!!
I called and emailed them. But I haven’t received any single reply. I don’t know what is going on there.

Jiho, send your next letter, signature required, to the head of that department and see if that helps.
