Copper clad was defined for members, and I added some additional references that were provided for information only.

The word “identified” is important too. In the past that word was used for the “identified conductor” meaning neutral or grounded conductor.

I inspected some apartment houses in Glendale, CA and they used copper clad 12 AWG, and this must also be considered where box fill is inspected during new construction.
