How are other inspectors reporting on corrosion.

Pipes at (location) corroded.

Sometimes flux left on the piping during the sweating operation causes localized corrosion. Due to the confined area in the photo, I’m guessing this happened here.

IMHO, note the presence, and identify any leaks, and visually determine if it’s just cosmetic. If pitting is visible, I would suggest a plumber getting involved.

excess use of flux on this one, but of course stating that on your report would be speculating.
