@Ryan U- when it started the smell was acidic and your eyes and face will itch and also get running nose. Someone had said gas leak we had that checked no leak.Now it smells musty or rotting wood …
@Jefrey J and @Ryan U - you never know maybe the previous owner humm we will sure check it out.
While the place is vented to dry i want to get 2 different companies to check and let us know …inspector and also maybe a general contractor company to check things out.
Before we dig and disturb the area i want to get 2nd opinion.
