CSS has made some changes to its database and inspector records have been affected. Today my office called CSS to set up and inspection and was told that my details were missing. We managed to get them to find me after a struggle.
They say they can not change the records! As I understand all Texas Inspectors are listed under “Texas Inspector” which means when they search on your name or your company name you may not come up.
if they search on your a phone number that TREC has you will come up!
