There was some slight discoloration present where the main disconnect attached to the bus bar. This honestly didn’t seem like a concern but at the same time could not confirm exactly what it was(maybe something from the factory??) Would anyone be able to help or have a recommendation on this?
Can’t see what you see as your light/flash has washed out the color.
Have the Sparky evaluate when he/she is there correcting the double lugged Neutral situation!
Kinda looks like the panel is time for an upgrade (overcrowded?) anyway.

It’s likely not an issue but as Jeffery suggested have the sparky look at when he’s fixing the other issues. I’ve seen discoloration before that was not indicative of a problem.
