It depends on the area Joe, but in my area you’re giving away a good portion of business if you don’t inspect mobile homes. What kind of stuff do you need?

Blaine: Any images from the service drop or lateral and the panel to include the main disconnecting means and the feeder and branch circuits. Interior shots and stystem grounding. Thanks Message sent from Blackberry downtown Bos!

You most likely know this by now, but here in NJ the mobile homes are "pre" inspected by the state. The state sticks a label on mobile homes and it falls out of our control. Now I am talking about electrical inspections, I am not sure about home inspectors after the house is sold to another owner.
