Anyone out there specialize in inspecting mobile homes? I have had some calls, but turn them down… I have never inspected one, but I am curious what they entail?

Good information source.
I also agree, they are time consuming for what they are. I do them. Don't like crawling under them. Need socket set to some times access water tank compartment.

Why would you turn them down?
Look for water staining from leaking roof. Poor roof seams, painted roof...
Look for uninsulated piping under trailer if you are in a freeze zone.
Check heat source, water heater, electric panel.
Does the trailer have tie down cables?
Don't understand why anyone would turn down an inspection. Easy work in my opinion, have done several.
If there weren't any trailer parks, would there be tornado's?
