Do you charge by total sq ft under roof ?

Agreed, I ask lots of questions: location, square footage, basement/crawlspace, garage, out buildings, pool, And always just quote “for that house the fee is $x”. I have a system based on square footage, then changes based on a few other factors, but giving it out to the public, even worse publishing it online is bad. There are a few of my direct competitors who put the whole pricing matrix online to view.

The only thing I out is “starting at price”. I do list pricing for add-ons like radon is $125 in conjunction…

Total sq footage including decks, balconies and garages as these all are related to the condition and purchase of a home as well as other factors including age, construction, and plan a little more on those foreclosed POS’s.
