How much do your smoke? Cut it in half tomorrow. In six months (when your body gets used to the “new normal”, cut it in half again for six months, and so on, and so on…
nicorette gum helped me a lot… large dose for a week then the low dose for a month or longer…slowly you just don’t need it anymore…watching both Parents die of lung disease was a strong incentive also.
Besides, smoking is bad for IR. Have you ever had a burning butt end up in an image? It messes the range and span all up, if you have it on auto.

I guess if you smoke enough you can put butts at the roof edges so you don’t walk off a roof at night. (http://www.amazon.com/Piece-Party-Pack-Glow-Sticks/dp/B002OTJY0M) for my next roof job.![]()
Next time check the Dollar Stores… they often have them at 2 or 3/$1.00 vs $0.60 each.*
There is not a person in the world that is anymore addicted to cigarettes than I was. You have to quit for your self not because someone tells you too It just Pissed me off and I swelled up like a toad and I was thinking I will show them I know more old smokers than I know old doctors stupid thinking on my part just another excuse. I followed the directions to a Tee for Chantix smoked for the first week then set my time to quit and I did. Some have serious side effects I only had weird dreams nothing that I could not handle. No one will ever quit unless they seriously want to and they get their head screwed on straight:(![]()
I smoked 2.5 packs a day for about 17 years…You never saw me without a cigarette unless in a clients house. I would take breaks during the interior to go out and smoke, couldn’t watcha movie at a theater without sneaking out, or going through security in between flights to walk outside and smoke…
One day, I woke up feeling horrible and that day I was so sick I could not smoke, it killed me…then the next day I woke up saying…if I made it yesterday without smoking, I can do it today…that was about 6 years ago and about 40lbs lighter…LMAO…when the cigs go, the snacks hit me BIG TIME…now I am trying to lose the weight…
The very first step is committing to doing it, after that its really all down hill…
