If you know who the contractor/installer was you could have someone call them pretending to shop for doors, and ask what line of doors he carries. Then you may find out who manufactured the door.

if it’s a steel door there is usualy a stamp on the hinge side between the top and middle hinge, form there you can find local dealers.
