CH breakers with the plastic feet are the ones that allow two conductors. The one in your photo with the metal feet do not. Here is a better link.

Bradley, is the top breaker in the first two photos the type you have learned that allows two conductors? Panel from today had nice mixture/example of both types. metal and plastic feet.
