Would anyone have a picture from the illistrated home or inspection depot that would have the requirements for downspout per length of gutter.
I believe it is one per 35 feet of gutter.
This house had a whole upper gutter system that drained onto the roof and then there was only 2 downspout to handle over 100+ feet of gutter.
Thanks.
Dave
Also why would a home have 2 water meters? There is no sprinkling system?

David,
According to this article a downspout is needed for approx. every 40 feet of gutter.

A home will have 2 water meters if there is a fire suppression (sprinkler) system installed
