I’ve attached a new draft image to preview, before finalizing. I’d like to hear any valuable feedback from the forum. Thanks for your help!

Super picky, but the wood I-joist is disproportionate as to what I see in the field. The flanges are typically less wide and the web is taller.

Looks really nice Zak. No suggestions here.

Agreed.

Even though the graphics are somewhat of a “conceptual” interpretation, another consideration is that a wood I-joist or TJI typically has laminate LVL material for the flanges and the web is OSB. The graphic appears to have solid wood for both.

Glued Laminated Lumber (Glulam)

Old school.
Solid lumber and plywood was common many moons ago… (until the late '70s) or so.

Old school indeed.

In these parts solid wood and plywood configurations were more costly than traditional dimensional lumber even back in the day, which is why they weren’t very popular in residential builds.

Nortic brand is what we typically see in new construction around here with finger jointed lumber.
