@zupright I have a suggestion for you. Actually, it’s more of a thought that probably doesn’t mean much.
Many of these flashing graphics you have been making lately have a box pointing to a needed clearance location (usually marked in red). Great idea. If an image like this makes it into an inspection report, it will most likely be viewed at a quarter of the physical size that it is now on a phone screen and will be compressed with much lower resolution and quality, plus it most likely will be converted to jpeg. That makes that little red marked area even more tiny and obscured. For this image, it looks like a little red dot on my large desktop monitor. On my phone, it looks like a single red pixel.
The suggestion is to add a small, magnified area around that specific detail, similar to how a blueprint or instruction manual would have. Something like this:
Other than that, it’s missing underlayment for the flat roof membrane.
