What kind of feedback are you looking for? It looks pretty easy to understand to me. 
I’m far from a grammar pro but you might look at your usage of “on-site” and “off-site” in the top description. I think in that context you would not hyphenate them or maybe even write it as one word? The attached screenshot explains it but I’m too tired, too many drinks into my night or not smart enough to draw a definite conclusion. A funny aside… I had to Google whether “screenshot” or “screen shot” was more correct Glad to learn I have been using it in the more correct way but figured this was the wrong post to screw it up.

Zak, how about adding a 6 mil poly vapor barrier beneath the concrete floor slab? This is code required to help prevent moisture intrusion and can help with radon mitigation. other than that, it looks great to me.
