A preview section would be nice too. I know we can email ourselves first to see it. I just think that some email content might not be helpful to certain inspectors. For instance: An email about mold when the inspector does not offer mold testing services.
I am trying to get Inman News (real estate press) to provide us with content and I will keep in mind...that articles should be useful to all members using this promotional tool.

I have been anxiously awaiting this feature for some time now. I am glad to see it here and tried it the minute I got the e-mail saying it was here. A couple of glitches I didn’t like, but hey, good job Chris.
I try it tonight and the glitches are gone. Talk about a fast response. Thanks, Chris, I sure do appreciate your efforts and am certain everybody that uses this will too.
I would note that I see nothing stopping us, the members, from not just suggesting articles, but writing them and submitting them.

Mark had a good idea, how is that going?
I personally would like to be able to use Nick's "What Really Matters" but with all the NACHI bells and whistles attached. I need to do some serious educating of real estate agents and fellow inspectors about NACHI.
As an aside a lot of realtors up here pretend not to know anything about any professional organization such as OAHI, NACHI, etc. etc.

Is there a new letter out or still the July 15th? How often are they sent? Is there a way I can see the letter without sending it to myself and waiting for the next send date? Is there a way I can block the letter from going out to my mailing list if for some reason I do not like it?

Right now you cannot block an e-mail from going out... we're making a real effort to only use the BEST information. In fact, we haven't sent anything out because we want to ensure that everyone who receives the e-mail newsletters will enjoy them. Part of that involves getting feedback from existing agents. A new letter should go out soon, though.

Why is this even listed as a benefit anymore? Isn?t a member benefit supposed to be something the members can utilize?
This ?benefit? has not been touched since July of 2003 - except for some changes made over the winter ? and it still can not be used.
Benefits that can not be used as described should not be listed or promoted on the website.
