In my area, if the LA is aware that there’s’ a FP panel installed in the house they will most always advise their client to replace it, plan on paying for it later, or possibly losing out on a sale because of it.

Those are some good articles. Links in the report are always a good idea to corroborate safety information and ward of the agents who are always trying to minimize defects and “grandfather” everything.
