This agreement is intended for use in conjunction with Section 17 of the ComSOP International Standards of Practice for Inspecting Commercial Fire Doors. Section 17 of the ComSOP is classified as an ancillary document. In cases where fire door inspections are offered as an additional service alongside a commercial property inspection, the inspector should also utilize the standard inspection agreement.
