I just got a referral today from my client looking for an inspector on the NACHI website. THANK YOU NACHI! It’s a little out of my territory and a ride on a private ferry is required (Herron Island, WA), but I’m charging extra and it’ll be worth it. Ka-ching!

I just got my first on today also It is to inspect the house for his warranty from his builder and call me because he noticed I had set up the local chapter. I guess we are getting the NACHI name out there

Good feeling when one of your marketing ideas pays for itself in one inspection isn’t it? I’ve gotten one inspection from NACHI and other work ongoing which will make me more $$. Best decision I made was joining NACHI.
