Florida’s Updated COVID-19 Guidance Recommendations

On Thursday, February 24, 2022, Governor Ron DeSantis and Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo announced updates to the Florida Department of Health’s COVID-19 Guidance Recommendations. For your reference, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation is sharing this updated guidance with you as a current and active license holder.

Among other recommendations, the updated guidance provides that businesses are advised to no longer require facial coverings for employees, as there is no proven significant clinical benefit for facial coverings among the general population. Yesterdays clients lost both of their restaurants to the plandemic. Even when things started to open back up the guberment was paying their employees (very well) to stay home (or more accurately not go to work). Despite trying to fight through it all, they lost everything.
