It works out great for everyone as some employees have likes, dislikes, allergies, etc. And they don’t all have to go out which is expensive. And no one ends up at the bar on Fridays after lunch :wink:

This is old world corporate management at its best. This is what corporations and even smaller companies did when management was human. This is a dying and almost dead activity to show employee appreciation.
