The free library has been there as long as I have been here. As for other services you need to be more specific.
I will say the library was a good thing, problem is (was) no one ever returned or forwarded the videos. 
I think John B. is working on this problem.

It looks bad if something is promoted on the website but isn’t available. I was also asking if there are other benefits that are promoted but not currently available. I think that people considering membership should get a clear picture of what they are getting.

So I posted this over a month ago and the FREE Video Library web page is still on the website. I have also emailed Chris M. a few weeks ago. So at this point I’m feeling like the organization likes the return that false advertising gives.
