Could use some help here guys. I haven’t seen this setup before. There is a fresh air intake at the return air duct. This is new construction. The FAU is in the attic. There is a roof vent cap(above in the photo) with nothing connected to it, but it’s an exhaust vent with a one way flap. Is this an incomplete installation?
