Is that furnace plugged into a wall outlet???

How does one get to the filter...or to the front of the furnace

to service or repair it??

Ask to see a permit--I can't believe this thing was approved.

It’s a heating unit that uses hot water as a means of heat - running hot water through coils as the blower forces the distribution air past.

The cooling portion is a standard evaporator & condenser split system.

These are very common in condominiums.

Hi to all,

I have not seen one quite like this, is it gas powered (appears to have a gas shutoff bottom left). Do you have some more pictures of it ?

Regards

Gerry

About 8 years ago I got caught betwixt selling the townhouse & the new house being finished. Spent several months during winter in an apartment that had one of those units & I don’t remember ever having a hot shower while living there.
