gas water heater exterior venting

I am looking for a natural gas power vent water heater that can exit the wall between the joists in the basement and 90 up about 3 to 4 feet to a termination.

Right now it is a vent straight up from the heater, then a 90 and straight horizontally out to the 45 degree termination on the exterior. It is low to the ground (~13") and consideration was not given to the amount of snow we get around here so it needs to be dug out occasionally.

All of the residential water heaters that I have seen allow for 1- 90 degree and then 1-45 degree termination at the exterior. Apparently this is so the exhaust won’t ice up and get blocked and shut down.

This is a 2013 Rheem model 43VP50E2. The water heater is ~43,000 btu.

Does anyone know of one that can be properly installed to get it up higher on the exterior?

Any help is appreciated.

I am surprised that there are no plumbers that could point me in the right direction on this search.

I really could use some help with this….thanks.
